Localized on the ground floor of the residence provides via its terraces direct entry into the residence garden where you can enjoy the atmosphere in the privacy of the olive trees. The appartment is spacious - provides a 117 m2 of comfort area. It consists of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen with dining room, living room, two terraces in the appartment and one big rooftop terrace shared with the Sunrise appartment. The maximum capacity is 8 guests. In case of bad weather you can spend time in rooftop terrace with glassy rooftop shelter or use the hot tube while still having a direct seaview.  You can use two parking places for free. Beautiful beaches with crystal-clear water of Adriatic see are just 180 m directly in front of the appartment (2 minutes by walking).

While you are located in quiet village but also you have a interesting, fully equipped city next to you. The village Kožino provides everything you need for relaxing and active holiday - beautiful, crystally-clear water of Adriatic sea, many natural beaches, one beach club with food and drinks and sun loungers, a lot of greenery, two supermarkets, church, restaurants, adventure park. You can find there a children playground, local market, bus stops. You can take a walk into the forests. All the village is very clean. The nearest supermarket is only 150 m from the Seaside residence so you can walk every morning to buy a fresh bread there. Whenever you like, you can visit famous city of Zadar (by car, taxi, bus), which is only 5 km from Kožino. City of Zadar has its own airport which connects it with all the world. The airport itself is only 20 km from village Kožino. In old town of Zadar you can find beautiful historic monuments, squares, streets, building with its unique architecture. You can walk in the marina, visit the Sea organ and Greeting to the Sun which are the most famous attractions in the old town, taste local specialties as seafood and fishes in variety of retaurants and bars.
